Full Charge Bookkeeper:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general ledger accountability, managing day-to-day financial operations, AR/AP, monthly bank & credit card reconciliations, payroll, etc. The role also requires working with internal teams as well as client and vendor contacts.
Will have additional administrative duties for the company, ensuring operations of the agency are effective and efficient.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience (Process & manage A/R & A/P, agency expenses, payroll, etc)
Strong Accounting background required
Strong computer skills, MS Office Applications, Excel
Experience with QuickBooks (Quickbooks online preferred)
Seeking someone with small business experience
Experience working in the advertising/creative/production industry preferred
