High profile director, writer, producer, and entrepreneur seeks highly organized, detail oriented and hard-working assistant to manage personal and professional affairs with enthusiasm, efficiency and discretion.
The ideal assistant will have a ''no task too small'' attitude, be interested in how to use technology for high efficiency and be highly consistent with follow through on all the details of running things smoothly.
This position is for a self-starter, acquainted with how to outsource tasks and coordinate with freelancers confidently and efficiently.
Overview of Responsibilities
Assist outside accountant with maintaining books, issuing payments and tracking expenses
Manage and supervise routine maintenance of properties and vehicles
Manage calendar and schedule appointments
Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence
Arrange travel plans and itineraries
Liaise with executive staff members
Supervise and coordinate outsourced tasks
Basic Qualifications
Proficient with Quickbooks, Word and Excel
Additional Qualifications
Extremely professional, knows how to maintain confidentiality
Deep understanding of working with high profile executives
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for complete tasks/assignments
Diligent attention to detail and follow-through skills
Ability to demonstrate good judgment and deal with confidential and sensitive information
Salary commensurate with experience
