Awards Submissions Assistant (Los Angeles)
Seeks motivated and highly organized candidates for an entry-level position with no entertainment industry-specific experience required. Candidates should have exceptional attention to detail and a talent for keeping on top of projects with lots of moving parts.
IMPORTANT: This is a data-heavy position. If you thrive on organization, process, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, you’ll excel here. You should be very comfortable working in Google Sheets. The best candidates will have a knack for looking at a messy spreadsheet and whipping it into shape.
REMOTE WORK-FROM-HOME: Hours are 9am to 5pm PT, Mon–Fri with occasional night/weekend events. You must have a computer, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace for remote work. Candidates should be in Los Angeles and able to drive to occasional events.
