A-list production company with a major studio deal is looking for an all-star assistant to add to a very strong team. The position is shared assistant to both the SVP and VP (who is currently on location) with definite potential for creative involvement beyond assistant duties. At least one year of studio, production company, agency and/or management assistant experience required. Duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling, handling phones, organizing and booking travel, preparing expenses, among others. No-job-too-small-mentality, positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit are necessities. The ideal candidate is passionate about the art of producing, highly organized, detail oriented, hard working, able to multi-task fluidly in a fast-paced environment and is a true movie lover. For anyone who wants to produce, this is an incredible opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of Hollywood at a very active, inclusive and hands-on production company making 2-3 major studio films a year.
