Job Title: Assistant
What You'll Be Doing: The Assistant will be responsible for overall office organization, as well as client specific coordination, including booking appointments, scheduling, communication between clients and casting, and upkeep of client materials. This position is meant to not only assist the managers in office, but the clients themselves. This position is primarily remote, but we are looking for someone located in Los Angeles, as it is not entirely remote.
Responsibilities Include:
• You would be assisting 2 managers concurrently. Coordinate logistics of the office, maintaining client records and interoffice communication
• Act as the point person between managers and clients, as well as maintaining client relationships with external industry professionals
• Managing client and manager schedules and calendars proactively
• Send incoming appointments to clients in a timely and organized manner, and
troubleshooting any scheduling issues
• Input and maintain all bookings, callbacks, and appointments into ''In Entertainment''
software
• Send nightly office notes to the management team
• Ad hoc reporting and filing, as needed
• Direct all incoming communications via email and phone to the appropriate sources
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including but not limited to attending
shows, showcases, premieres, etc.
• Edit and maintain clients' online accounts, including Breakdown Services, LA Casting,
Casting Frontier, IMDb, iMovie, editing, and self tapes

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
• Experience in the entertainment industry a plus
