Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Talent management and production company is looking for a full time assistant to begin ASAP. This boutique company is willing to train the right candidate and needs a self-starter who is highly motivated, though previous experience in entertainment is beneficial. Responsibilities will include answering phones, coordinating schedules and travel, reading and giving feedback on incoming material, facilitating client appointments, etc.

Candidates must be dog friendly. This is a small office with a great roster and a unique opportunity for direct access to talent, strategy, and material.

Ideal candidate is fully vaccinated as we are back in office.
