Full Time Job
Busy management and production company seeks Assistant to support the Independent Film Development and Production team.
Duties include (but are not limited to) scheduling, rolling calls, phone sheet maintenance, invoicing, data entry, content tracking, reading and evaluating scripts, providing notes and feedback to support the script development process, identifying new talent and content, etc. You should be highly organized and excellent at multitasking, comfortable interfacing with high-level executives, and passionate about various genres of movies.
We are a small but busy office, with plenty of opportunity to be exposed to various aspects of literary management, production, and development. We produce dozens of films and TV shows every year, and have a low turnover rate as we like to promote from within, so candidates with an interest in development are encouraged to apply.
We are currently working from home, but will return to the office when it is safe to do so. Candidates must be able to work from home for now, and be able to come in-person to our Hollywood offices when they re-open.
