Assistant part time / full time time
Talent management company is seeking assistant for a high-volume double desk with high-profile clients working across film and tv. We are looking for a detailed oriented, self starter, who is good at getting things, has common sense, nice, happy, and does not need to be micro managed.
Agency experience in would be considered a plus.
The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure, be able to meet tight deadlines, have meticulous attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, DropBox, Zoom, etc.), be familiar with StudioSystem, Breakdown Express, InEntertainment. Responsibilities include: Rolling calls, Handling scheduling, Sending out submissions and appointments,Tracking upcoming projects at studios/networks and appointments.
Must be willing to start as part time, approximately of twenty(20) hour's a week, but be willing to go to full time when needed.
Prefer someone in the Los Angeles area, who is willing to work in person in office when safe and needed.
