Job Title: Assistant to Manager / Producer
Job Description: Full Time Position. 9:30 AM - 7 PM.
Assistant to Manager/Producer needed for leading talent management and production company. Prefer one year agency or management desk experience, paired with a desire to learn and grow. Ideal candidates are unbelievably organized, resourceful, articulate, and professional multi-taskers that can provide superb support to and on behalf of a high-volume Manager's desk.
Typical responsibilities include:
· heavy phones;
· interacting with actor, writer, director, comedian clients, casting offices, producers and executives on behalf of Manager;
· managing schedule, travel and office;
· managing client calendars, details and organizing meetings or appointments;
· preparing and sending submission materials.
Must be computer literate. Mac experience preferred, but not required.
