Boutique casting and production company is hiring an assistant to the CEO/Co-Presidents. This role will also manage social media on all platforms. This is the perfect role for an eager assistant ready to get a foot in the door in the industry. Both companies are fast growing with a diverse slate of projects. There is great room for growth for the right person! Recent college graduates who have strong organizational, writing, multitasking, and social media skills are a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling, rolling calls, and maintaining calendars on behalf of the CEO/Co-Presidents
Creating, designing, and managing the social media and newsletters and posting at minimum once per day on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
Acting as a Production Assistant on set as needed
Office supply runs
Light personal tasks for the CEO/Co-Presidents as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to keep a cool head under pressure
Stellar organizational skills
Strong writing and grammar skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Google Suite
Flexibility: This role will mainly work out of our headquarters, but will also involve days on set!
Must have a car and driver's license
A positive, proactive attitude is imperative
