If you have a passion for film and television, LOVE to figure out how to win, and will stop at nothing to succeed, you may be the perfect fit! We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic assistant for our TV & Film department at our small yet mighty talent and literary management company.

-You have the thrill of fitting puzzle pieces together. You'll stop at nothing to connect the dots.
-Critical-thinker and opportunity maximizer
-You love to read & watch lots of TV & Film
-Excellent in team collaboration but also can thrive independently and will keep up with ongoing communication, troubleshooting & reporting
-Detail-oriented and systematic - you most often like keeping your information organized in sortable formats like spreadsheets
-Finding mutually beneficial solutions, opportunities & resource sharing ideas are at the center of your wheelhouse
-Quick on your feet and ready to relate to others in any conversation
-Consistently personable, professional, and proactive
-Fantastic on the phone - you can improvise while staying concise, clear, and direct
-Open-minded! You have great personal taste but can stay open-minded to storytelling that falls outside of your personal interests.
-Ready to hustle!
It would also be ideal if you had an education and some experience in the film and television industry. You'd be getting familiar with our clients' work, discovering, matching & researching potential targets, strategizing, pitching, cold calling, submitting projects & heavy correspondence via email, regular follow-ups, arranging & scheduling general meetings for clients & CEO plus communicating & confirming the details to all parties.
You'd Use: Google Suite, IMDb Pro, LinkedIn and other Social Media, inEntertainment, Variety Insight, etc.
Salary: Part time. $15/hr. Growth potential.
