Assistant to the President of a Talent Agency
Well established Talent Agency looking for an experience Assistant to support the President. Candidates must be ambitious, demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbally and written; possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal oversight; react with appropriate urgency to situations that require diligent attention; maintain and manage a highly organized administrative process; and be extremely computer savvy with Microsoft Office; InEntertainment, Breakdowns, etc. This position is based out of the Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:
• Provide the administrative support, phone, email, correspondence, script and submissions review, client management, maintenance of all electronic and physical files and general organization.
• Organize and maintain high-volume calendars, creating efficiency and balance in daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Handle internal and external requests for time, utilizing strong judgment in prioritization and flexibility to meet scheduling changes and shifting priorities
• Anticipate needs, problem-solve for challenges, and manage emerging issues in a proactive manner
• Build relationships with clients, staff and industry members through a professional and pleasant demeanor in all interactions and communications.
• Be a collaborative and reliable cross-functional partner
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in high stress situations while maintaining composure and problem-solving attitude.
• High attention to detail and follow-through on all items involving operations.
• Track industry leads.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience working in a Talent Agency required
• Desire to become an agent, we develop and promote from within.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of InEntertainment and Breakdown Express is preferred.
• Excellent written & communication skills.
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Google docs, Zoom, Teams required.
• Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients and to use high level of discretion/confidentiality.
• Nimble and flexible to succeed in a fast-paced environment and handle ad hoc requests.
• A self-starter with the ability to think.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
