High volume bi-coastal talent agency seeks a full time experienced accounting assistant to join our Los Angeles office. Duties include processing checks, invoicing, handling collections, managing and running reports, maintaining records and assisting clients and others with talent payment issues.
Ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, excel in prioritizing assignments with attention to detail and accuracy, and be a reliable and even tempered team member in a fast paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite a must, experience with InEntertainment and QuickBooks a plus.
