This is a Part Time Job
We are currently seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Part-Time Assistant to a Talent Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the entertainment industry, supporting a high-performing talent manager and contributing directly to the success of high-profile clients in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and operational support to a Talent Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense tracking
• Assist with the day-to-day management of clients, including scheduling, communications, and ensuring client needs are handled promptly and professionally
• Serve as a point of contact for talent, brand partners, and industry professionals while communicating with discretion and professionalism
• Support the Talent Manager on client-related tasks, including deal tracking, project coordination, and communication with agents, publicists, legal, and brand teams
• Prepare and organize correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, and reports
• Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and requests to ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate projects, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple clients and campaigns
• Attend meetings when needed, take detailed notes, and assist with follow-through on action items
• Assist with client onboarding, event coordination, and special projects as needed
• Maintain a strong understanding of client priorities and help manage workflow efficiently
Qualifications
• 1-3+ years of experience supporting a manager, agent, executive, or creator in talent management, entertainment, media, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools
• Passion for the entertainment industry and familiarity with talent management, social media, and brand partnerships is a plus
• Interest in pursuing a future in talent management, entertainment, or digital media is strongly preferred
