Assistant to Talent Manager

This is a high-volume desk that requires someone that is organized, detail-oriented, can multitask, and has great communication skills. Responsibilities include rolling calls, sending auditions, coordinating travel, and maintaining busy client schedules. Management experience preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to become a manager and there is room to grow within the company. Last assistant was promoted to manager.
