We are currently seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Assistant to a Talent Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the entertainment industry, assisting a high-profile executive and contributing to the success of a leading talent management company.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to talent manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Assist with the day-to-day management of clients, including coordinating schedules, handling communications, and ensuring client needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, talent, and industry partners-communicating with discretion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of client priorities.
• Support the CEO on all client-related tasks, including deal tracking, project management, and coordinating with internal and external teams (e.g., agents, publicists, legal, and brand partners).
• Prepare and organize correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, talent, industry executives, agents, publicists, and legal teams.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
• Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Coordinate and track projects, deadlines, and deliverables across departments.
• Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure action items are executed.
• Support with event planning, client onboarding, and special projects as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the CEO's priorities and help manage time accordingly.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive, preferably in entertainment, media, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as priorities shift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and familiarity with industry terminology and key players is a plus.
• A genuine interest in pursuing a future as a talent manager in the entertainment industry is strongly preferred-this role provides immersive exposure to client management, strategy, and executive operations.
