Boutique management company seeks full-time assistant for a busy talent manager.
Looking for a self-starter: someone who is organized, can prioritize and has a professional and personalized phone manner. Must be extremely well organized with attention to detail. This position will require interacting with A-list clients, so strong interpersonal skills are a must.
Responsibilities include heavy phones and scheduling, script evaluation, project tracking, and general office management. Must have at least some previous desk experience. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to be a talent manager, is familiar with the industry, knowledgeable about TV and film, highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful, and able to multi-task/remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
Looking for someone with polished writing and verbal communication skills that is friendly, outgoing, and motivated to learn/contribute creatively and general tech savviness is a plus. This is an OFFICE position and NOT a PRODUCTION position.
