We are a small but successful talent management company. We represent studio feature stars, film festival feature leads, television series regulars and recurring guest stars... etc. We are constantly growing.
We are looking to hire a PART-TIME assistant to work EIGHT total hours per week. No more than that to start.
You MUST have a desire to become a talent manager in order to take this job. Please write us in your email a short description of your interest in talent management and talent representation.
Once you are fully trained, a mobile work environment and flexible schedule can be offered.
Once you are fully trained, you will work submitting actors for roles in television and movies, identifying exciting pitches for our clients, sending audition emails, directing a few phone calls, etc.
It is our desire to find an assistant with a long term interest in becoming a talent manager, and train and groom that assistant over the long term, with a mind toward becoming a junior manager, and finally a manager. If you become a manager with our company, you can branch away from repping theatrical adult actors into any specialty, including lit, below the line, children, sports, whichever.
The amount of responsibility you are given, and the amount of share of commission you receive (after you are promoted from assistant), will increase in proportion to the value you add to the company. We will not hold you back due to age, gender, background, education, or any other reason. If you are helping the company be successful, we will make sure you are successful as well.
This is an opportunity to grow with a company and take ownership in your success.
However, it starts with your hiring as a PART-TIME, EIGHT hour a week paid assistant. You must be willing to start there, and you will not be given advancement until it is shown that you are capable, competent, excellent and that you are adding value to the company.
Cut and pasted cover letters about production jobs will not be considered. We will only meet candidates that express their interest in talent management and the representation of actors.
