Beverly Hills Management Company seeks Assistant to Talent Manager/Producer who represents actors, writers and directors. Assistant manages extremely busy desk where responsibilities include heavy phones, scheduling, and interacting with A-list clients. Applicants must have a knowledge of the key industry players. Candidates should be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and possess a high level of initiative. Candidates should also know how to prioritize and multitask. Not an entry level desk, previous assistant experience required. All applicants must be prepared to give two years commitment.
Requirements:
• Previous experience with mainstream management firm or agency (internships will not be considered)
• Understanding of business acumen and practices as related to entertainment industry
• Be highly motivated for long-term commitment in management
• Willing to go the extra mile and participate in the creative process
• College degree from an accredited school
• Excellent computer and communication skills
