Assistant To Talent Agents

This is a Full Time Job

An established mid-sized talent agency is seeking a full-time agent's assistant. We are looking for candidates that are driven, organized, focused, ambitious, friendly & professional, work well under pressure and take direction from other co-workers well. Candidates must be able to multi-task, handle multi-line phone systems, mass calls/texts, handle scheduling and assist with submissions.

Requirements:

· 1 year of experience as an assistant or junior agent in a talent agency or talent management office required · Proficient in using LA Casting, Casting Frontier, Breakdown Express, InEntertainment · Proficient with social media platforms · Must be flexible working after hours and weekends · Candidates will be working on-site in the Los Angeles office
