A boutique talent agency (television/film) in Beverly Hills has an immediate opening for a skilled and highly motivated individual seeking an Assistant position supporting one of our talent agents.
Administrative responsibilities include:
• Drafting letters
• Scheduling appointments
• Managing rolling calls
• Maintaining call sheets and databases
To be considered, candidates must have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, dedicated, and eager individual with an upbeat personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PC, and Mac is a must. The position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Candidates must have 1+ years of administrative experience at a talent, casting, or management company.
