Seeking Executive Assistant to the President of a established Production Company
Must display effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be organized, thorough and able to efficiently multi-task
Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and take initiative
Must be able to perform the following tasks:
Administrative tasks such as rolling calls, scheduling meetings, processing expense reports, filing, etc
Liaising with Producers and other show staff from setting up office space to troubleshooting time-sensitive requests
Reviewing all production paperwork for accuracy and monitoring daily production work/progress
Serve as the administrative liaison with internal team members
Book and coordinate business related travel on behalf of President as needed
Develop a rapport and sustain a level of professionalism among all staff and external parties
Fulfill ad hoc requests including but not limited to note taking, research, and editing documents
Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on President's and departmental needs
Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
