A production company behind a currently airing Emmy-nominated TV series is seeking a motivated executive assistant for its President and Founder. The company has a recently signed first-look deal at an independent studio and has many high-profile projects in development across premium cable and streaming outlets. The in-person position is based out of offices in Beverly Hills.

This is a high-volume desk. The perfect candidate is someone who has run a desk of a similar volume at an agency/mgmt company, studio, or buyer, and is hungry to get closer to the creative and interesting in pursuing a career as a producer. This is an administrative position first, but we are looking for someone hungry to contribute beyond the scheduling and calls and lend a hand with the creative. There is every opportunity for someone to grow within the company, and we are ideally looking to make this hire with the intention of someone being promoted off of the desk.
