This is a Full Time Job
Staffing Agency is looking for a Temp/Temp to hire Assistant for their client, a Talent Management Company. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a candidate who wants a career in Talent representation, enjoys working with Talent and aspires to be a Talent Manager someday.
Duties included but not limited to:
-Keeping phone logs and rolling calls
-Managing busy calendars
-Keeping a log of business contacts
-Booking travel, preparing itineraries, and expense reports
-Tracking email correspondence
-General office duties, data entry, scanning, filing, archiving, scheduling meetings, and other administrative duties
-Breakdowns, drafting emails, documents, and memos
-Special projects and other duties as needed
Skills and requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
-Must have prior minimum of 1 to 2 year's solid experience working as an Assistant at either a top Talent Management Company or Talent Agency
-Tech savvy PC/Mac: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Strong attention to detail
-Must love working with Talent and have experience working with A-list talent
-Able to work in fast paced environment with ever changing priorities
-Polished, calm, professional, and able to work OT
-Superior written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent references
Salary: $23.00/hour to $25.00/hour DOE as a temp
