The New York office of a bi-coastal talent agency is seeking ambitious Assistants to both Heads of the Broadcast & Comedy Divisions. We are looking for a well-rounded person with an ongoing awareness of hosts, comedians, unscripted television, radio, pop-culture, screenwriters and social media influencers.
Candidates must be motivated, intelligent, polished, extremely detail oriented, have excellent communication, computer and organizational skills with a passion to learn the business of talent representation.
Duties include heavy phones, doing submissions, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and interaction with clients. Candidates must be able to multi task within a fast paced environment and handle phones with the utmost professional etiquette as well as anticipate the needs of the agents they will be supporting.
Previous entertainment industry experience preferred. College degree required.
