Seeking an experienced Assistant to join our team to support the Founder of a boutique management company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, collaboration, and prioritization skills with an interest in talent management. Typical assistant duties include: rolling calls, emailing, handling submissions, booking travel, scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars as well as light social media. Must have experience with Breakdown Express, LA Casting, and Google Suite. Spotlight and Hootsuite experience a plus. (Please note in submission)
