Entertainment Attorney Seeking Part Time Legal Assistant with law firm or talent agency/manager experience
Opening for assistant with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, QuickBooks and Excel. Duties include processing time sheets and monthly billing, Word processing, revising and redlining documents; scheduling, physical and digital filing, maintaining client records and organize complex information. Position works out of Beverly Hills home office. 3-4 per week for 15-20 hours per week.

DUTIES:
Answer phones and check voicemail, and transcribe when required, scheduling, maintaining phone logs
Format, create, produce, and edit correspondence and other written materials including agreements, letters, memos, cover sheets, other legal documents on Word and Excel
Redlining and version comparisons on agreements
Transcribe dictated or written materials
TIme sheets and monthly billing on QuickBooks
Legal secretary duties
