Assistant to Commercial Talent Agent

Commercial Talent Agency seeks experienced entertainment assistant to handle heavy phones, contracts, scheduling, calendaring, and other administrative functions. Must have extensive experience working with talent contracts (creating, editing, revising and finalizing) and experience managing heavy scheduling and calendaring. Candidates need a minimum of 3+ years recent entertainment assistant experience and must know the players in Hollywood. Please send resume as an MSWord attachment.
