Responsibilities:
Written and Verbal Communication:
Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, calls, and emails.
Draft and edit written materials.
Maintain clear and effective communication between talent manager, clients, industry professionals, and the team.
Production Advancing:
Assist in coordinating and advancing various production projects, including live shows, television appearances, and film projects.
Liaise with production teams, venues, and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Keep track of project timelines and deliverables.
Detailed Schedule Keeping:
Manage and maintain the talent manager's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and schedule auditions, rehearsals, and other career-related events for clients.
Ensure all appointments and commitments are met promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
Knowledge of the comedy and entertainment industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
