We are a mid sized VERY busy ENTERTAINMENT PR firm in LA and need an Administrative Assistant to work in the office of the OWNER. Must be extremely organized, a self-starter, very bright, love a busy environment, be team-oriented and be a real ''people person!!'' Also, candidate must truly desire a career in entertainment and love pop culture, working with actors and personalities. ENTRY LEVEL POSITION SALARY with full health benefits after 3 months. This position is very someone extremely focused, dedicated and ready to embark on a real career. It's a SUPER busy environment. Need someone with high energy.
You don't need PR experience but you MUST have admin experience and HAVE HAD A FULL TIME JOB BEFORE.
NO INTERNSHIPS SO PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
Duties include: tracking emails, scheduling owners busy life, helping with new client meetings, interacting with the rest of office, updating client information, tracking new clients and lunches, super busy office!!
SALARY IS ENTRY LEVEL with medical benefits however after dedicated year lots of room for growth!. Computer skills a MUST!
