Management/Production company with headquarters in LA and offices in NY, UK and Canada, is looking for an executive assistant to support the co-founder/co-CEO. Typical duties include scheduling, handling phones, coordinating travel, development, personal assistance and interfacing with high level clients. Candidates should be able to problem solve, prioritize, think ahead, handle various tasks, be resourceful, and communicate with others confidently. Thick skin, sense of humor, and an outgoing personality are a plus. Company produces many movies a year and has multiple television series in production. This is a fast-paced, high-volume desk, but it's a great opportunity to grow within the company. One year of desk experience is required, and agency experience is preferred.
