Boutique talent management company with clients in the digital and traditional spaces is seeking an experienced full-time coordinator. The coordinator role will provide support to the President of the company and work alongside an assistant on covering the president's desk as he is heavily involved in the day-to-day for the clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent management in the entertainment business with a focus in the digital space.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinating and tracking all branded and talent opportunities for all clients, including all shoots, brand integrations, sponsorship opportunities, and content submission/approval process.
-Working with clients on all deliverables as part of branded campaigns.
-Serve as point of contact for all logistical movements of clients.
-Covering Breakdown Services for our acting clients
-Knowledge of project management software Asana is a plus.
Qualifications
-1-2 years of assistant experience in an agency, studio, or management company, preferably in the digital space.
-Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and expectations, and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must because of the high volume of emails, calls, etc.
-Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
-Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients and their entire professional teams.
-Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and preferred knowledge of Adobe photoshop (basic knowledge to put together one-sheets).
-Must have a valid drivers license, insurance, and be comfortable working from a home office.
