Assistant / Office Manager - IN OFFICE
Seeking an Assistant to the Head of the production company who is also capable of handling Office Manager duties. This is an in-office position with hours to match the Head of the production company.
Assistant duties include:
-Managing daily calendar and keeping up to date on all production deadlines, meetings and pitches.
-Set and schedule calls, meetings, interviews, and video conferences.
-Handle travel arrangements for working trips
-Interface with vendors and clients to set meetings, visits, and screenings.
-Assist in business event planning
-Remind of daily meetings and tasks throughout the day.
Office Manager duties include:
-Replenish and keep note of all needed office supplies
-Manage credit statements, bills, and purchase orders
-Schedule and maintain office cleaners, and water deliveries, and interface with the building manager.
-Collect and send office mail as needed.
-Perform basic office tasks such as taking messages, sorting mail, maintaining and updating filing, operating office machines, arranging the equipment, and managing maintenance and office repairs.
Required Qualifications:
-College Degree
-Previous experience in an office setting
-Prior film-making experience and knowledge of the industry
-Proficiency with computers, Google Calendar, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, Signal, and Apple Technology.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
-Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
