Full Time Job
Seeking full time Assistant/Office Manager for boutique PR firm with award-winning talent. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able keep up with a busy schedule. Looking to fulfill this position immediately.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and service press breaks
- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Create and maintain various schedules
- Handle all hair/makeup holds
- Coordinate travel
- Maintain digital press kits
- Handle all restocking of office items
- Any necessary invoicing and mailings
- Conduct research for clients and prospective clients
- Coverage of events (when approved)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an assistant or intern in an entertainment related field
- College degree (public relations or similar field preferred)
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office programs & Outlook as well as Dropbox
- Knowledge of Cision, IMDBPro, and Google alerts preferred
- Good with technology
- Strong ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
- Detail oriented and a positive attitude
- Able to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner
