Based out of our Santa Monica office, this position will be assisting the Head of Business and Legal affairs for a well-established film and television company, who has a busy desk but multiple films and TV series in production and pre-production as well as in development. A chance to work for a studio and manager who thinks outside the box.
Assist in answering and rolling calls and keeping meticulous notes of calls.
Assist in calendaring calls and events. Prepare expense reports and other assistant-like duties.
The candidate will be meticulous in keeping notes and files as well as a good memory of deals and names of agents and managers.
Well established roots in the entertainment industry, and agency experience is a plus.
Experience in film and TV space, especially in production work.
Ability and willingness to help with light drafting of above and below the line agreements.
Can-do and positive attitude is desirable.
