A high-profile management and production company, seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented assistant/coordinator to support two busy executives. Candidates must be able to multitask, pay attention to details, communicate effectively, and keep a calm demeanor under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Maintain busy calendar and phone calls
Schedule appointments and handle calendar
Assist studio production
Occasionally coordinate travel
Interface with high-profile clients and top industry executives
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-through in a timely manner
Update client materials
Assist with CFO on general receipts in conjunction with the Accounting, Finance, Production and Post Production departments).
Tracking and management of internal grids for organization, such as pitch & development grids, Agency/network mandates, other 3rd party.
Assist the development team with writing treatments, outlines and decks for new projects.
Agency, and or mgmt co. experience required but not a deal breaker. Must have thick skin! Strong desire to be a talent manager or production executive is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1 year administrative experience is preferred
Previous entertainment industry experience required
Passionate and knowledgeable about the television industry
Strong communication, computer, and phone skills
Strong decision-making ability; good problem solver with the ability to anticipate issues and alternatives
Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and accurately
Basic Photoshop and/or Illustrator knowledge is required
