Requirements

• Active Roster Required: You must currently manage artists with demonstrable traction (streaming numbers, touring activity, label interest, or sync placements)
• 3+ years of professional artist management experience
• Proven track record developing and advancing artist careers
• Strong relationships within the music industry (labels, agents, publishers, promoters)
• Deep understanding of the modern music business landscape across multiple revenue streams
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Los Angeles (remote considered for the right candidate)
