We are looking for a personal assistant to support our client, an internet personality + DJ, and our management team. This role will have flexible, part-time hours and offer opportunity for growth in the artist management space. Our client is a traveling DJ/artist and this position will require some weekend travel with the team (both domestic and international), and nontraditional work hours, including late evenings.
The ideal candidate is interested (or has experience) in talent management and excellent at project management. Looking for someone who is fluent in the social media world, good at assisting with content creation, highly reliable, and a ''no task is too small'' attitude.
Duties will include:
- Manage administrative duties including calendar management, coordinating meetings and schedules, scheduling travel, ensuring seamless transitions while traveling and handling any unexpected changes or emergencies.
- Communicate directly with clients, managers and buyers, record labels, promoters, and brands
- Assist with outreach & track ongoing offers
- Track contracts and deposits
- Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed
- Assist with media appearances, interviews, and other promotional activities
- Assistance with content creation
- Attend photo/video shoots / events (local and out of town) to support management team
- Assist day-to-day management with projects, emails, and client relations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Additional experience in a client-services role is a must
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work outside of traditional business hours as needed
- Passion for the entertainment industry and a genuine interest in supporting the our client's career
Must be available on occasional weekends and holidays. Must be open to travel.
Must have drivers licenses and reliable car. Must live in Los Angeles.
