Position: Coordinator to Artist Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA (In-person role)
Responsibilities:
As a Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a dedicated Artist Manager. Your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:
* Provide exceptional administrative and organizational support, including managing complex calendars, handling phone logs and email correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations, preparing accurate expense reports, assisting with general office duties, and collaborating with interns.
* Act as a vital link between our managers and clients, demonstrating strong artist management support. You'll anticipate the daily needs and plans of our clients and their brands, conduct valuable research, and actively engage with the entire artist team and their representatives.

Qualifications:
We're seeking an individual who not only meets our skill requirements but is genuinely passionate about music and eager to pursue a successful career in the music industry, specifically in artist management. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years experience.
Additionally, the following qualifications are essential:
* Local to Los Angeles, as this position requires in-person presence.
* Possession of a valid driver's license and a dependable car.
