Responsibilities:
- Managing high volume of putting out auditions accurately and corresponding with casting and clients
- Track client auditions
- Coordinate day-to-day materials
- Interaction with agents, managers, casting directors, producers and actors, etc, via phone & email
- Schedule meetings
- Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
- Ability to interact with various departments
- Handle high pressure in a professional manner
- Excellent problem solver and fast learner
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly; using practical approaches
- Be a flexible team member who is working to improve a busy business
- Must be highly personable and empathetic
Qualifications:
- Available to start ASAP -- no more than two weeks after hire.
- BA/BS degree
- Prior Casting or Talent Agency experience is extremely desired, but if all other qualifications are met then we will consider other film industry experience
- Must have impressive experience from university involvement, internships, PT and/or FT positions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Time management and multitasking skills is a must
- Willing to work occasional OT hours (M-F)
- Excited by fast paced environments
- Major plus if on the ''agent track''
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- This job is located in NYC. We are indefinitely working remotely, but new hire must be planning a move to NYC. This position WILL be in office within the next 6 months-year. We will not support a relocation fees.
