Bi-coastal Talent Agency seeks an assistant in its Branding + Digital Division. This position requires a highly skilled individual who can take initiative while learning on the job. We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to assist a Vice President in the division focused on endorsements and brand partnerships for the agency's clients. This person must be a multi-tasker who is detail oriented and has great follow through as they will be tasked not only with managing calendars and bookings, but also creating client submissions, compiling materials and assisting in overseeing deal execution. Excellent computer skills are also needed (Word, Power Point, Excel and Google Suite). Especially seeking a personable and focused individual who has the ability to work in a fast paced office, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines. A minimum of one to two years out of college is important. Experience in the entertainment industry is a must. A person with a background in advertising, influencer marketing, PR, or brand management is also a huge plus.
Requirements:
Previous industry experience: emphasis in endorsements/brand marketing preferred
Desire to learn Brand and Digital Influencer Marketing
Strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional origination skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Knowledge of social media trends
Love of all things pop culture
Qualifications:
College degree (preferred)
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Professional appearance and presentation
Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Suite (Docs, Pages, etc) experience a plus
Strong Social Media Skills such as: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Strong work ethic and great attitude
Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients; discretion is a necessary requirement
