Agent Assistant / Accounts Recievable

Los Angeles-based Talent Agency seeks one person for a fulltime position as an Agent's Assistant/Account Receivable Clerk in its Voice-Over Department. The duties include being responsible for voice actors' accounts receivable (including payments thru such payment platforms as Ariba and Coupa) and other monies due for their performances in voice-over, basic accounting, data entry, tracking payments, and past due collections. Additional tasks include assisting a busy agent in scheduling and coordinating the actors' auditions and bookings, daily interaction with talent agency clients and buyers as well as other associates in the Voice-Over Department and Broadcast Business Affairs department. Additional responsibilities include: project tracking, organizing agent's calls and correspondence, client relations, heavy telephone and email. Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply. Fulltime position Monday thru Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
