Established boutique talent agency is seeking a full-time coordinator in our talent department. Our team is dynamic, hard-working and fun and candidates should be self-starters interested in professional growth in an environment that both provides structure and rewards initiative. The position requires extensive coordination with internal team members, clients, talent managers, publicists, and casting directors as well as contacts at production companies, studios, and distributors. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of agency or management experience and any experience at a studio or network would be beneficial. The position will include typical agency administrative duties, but the ideal candidate already has a strong understanding of agency protocol and is looking for an opportunity to develop under the auspices of established agents.
2-3 years agency / management experience
BA/BS Degree strongly preferred
