Seeking Personal/Administrative Assistant Immediately for Management Office
Responsibilities include, but not be limited to:
-heavy scheduling and calendar management
-Maintenance of personal/family calendar
-providing administrative and office organization support
-personal research projects
Working with another assistant on the following:
-covering scripts and projects for potential consideration
-maintaining client materials
-managing client's schedules and handling logistics
-scheduling, sending and confirming auditions and appointments
Our new team member will be organized, friendly, focused, and self-motivating. Must have an excellent work ethic, be honest, and dependable. Looking for someone who has a good disposition, has great communication skills, a self-starter, great time management, very specific attention to detail, and possesses an excellent phone and email manner.
This position is Monday-Friday, with an occasional evening or weekend ask and based in Los Angeles. Candidates must currently live in the city of LA.
Qualifications:
Experience working/interning at a talent agency, management company, or casting office is preferred.
Applicants should possess excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, InEntertainment, Excel, Google Docs. Previous experience with Actors Access/Breakdowns Express, InEntertainment and Cast It Casting Networks is also a plus.
Salary:
Salary commensurate with experience. Paid vacation and possible benefits.
