Film/TV Development company in Studio City, CA s looking to hire a Administrative Coordinator. The Administrative Coordinator to the President is a high-level administrative position that works closely with the President and upper management to help execute the organization's strategic, operational, legal and financial goals. The position helps lead projects and supports the President's work with the business team. The Coordinator manages the President's daily time, correspondence, and travel to ensure that the President is focused on tasks that service key priorities for the organization. The position is also responsible for administrative duties related to operations and finance, including note-taking, facilitation, and legal support.

Pay: $60K plus benefits and OT
Hours: M-F 9am to 6pm (OT) in Studio City office.
Principal responsibilities
Assist President in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including phone, calendar management, expense reporting, travel bookings etc.
Create and edit presentations, excel files, documents and reports for the President as required
Develop and maintain appropriate document filing systems, and ensure compliance with records retention procedures
Ensure confidentiality at all times (this position will have access to highly confidential information)
Requirements
Background in entertainment finance is helpful
2+ years stable assistant experience, with at least 1-year executive experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondences and other communications quickly with minimum direction.
Keen attention to detail with ability to track and manage multiple projects at one time, including meeting strict deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Curiosity and a constant interest in learning
Excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy
A high level of energy and enthusiasm
4-year degree or equivalent experience
