This is a Part Time Job
Los Angeles-based Luxury Brand Representation Firm representing Hospitality, Travel and Film Festival clients is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the company's President. This role will interact with a prestigious roster of clients and will require a superb level of customer service support in a fast-paced environment. This position will begin as part-time and work-from-home with the potential to develop into full-time.
Overview of Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
*Manage all aspects of daily administrative, communication and client relations support duties associated with a client base across a variety of business sectors
*Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and high-profile client information
*Compose and draft correspondence as requested
*Read industry trades and remain up-to-date on news and trends
Qualitative Skills Requirements:
*High level of business maturity, professionalism and a strong administrative and business acumen
*Effective and professional business writing skills [email, letter, reports, proposals], including attention to grammar and proofreading
*Thoroughly proficient in MS Office [most specifically Excel but also Word, PowerPoint and Outlook], MS Teams, Zoom and Google Calendar
*Independent self-starter who is extremely organized and able to multitask and prioritize workload
*Ability to recognize and handle confidential information with discretion
*Willingness to ''think outside the box'' in anticipation of what needs/could be done to serve clients
*Assertive, ambitious and welcomes challenges with a ''no task is too small'' attitude
Candidate Requirements:
*Minimum 3-5 years prior experience supporting a Senior Level Executive. Entertainment, Hospitality or Consumer Products Industries preferred
*Experience and contacts within the Entertainment Industry [Studio Executives, Talent Agents, Managers, Publicists, Celebrities] a plus
