Entertainment Public Relations Agency seeking smart, savvy, outgoing and energetic full time assistant to the OWNER located in the heart of West Hollywood. This is an in office job but we are taking every precaution including adding plexiglass partitions and spaced out desks when our office is allowed to reopen under the guidelines.
Candidate MUST have admin experience. This cannot be your first full time job so internships don't count! Must at least have a love of pop culture and entertainment but this is not a pr job .
This is a business development/admin position. You will not be working for our publicists.
You are working for the OWNER of the company dealing with talent agents and managers, new rising star tracking, heavy emails/phones/scheduling involving all aspects of PR for the CEO, interacting with busy office employees and great office computer skills a MUST!'' You are the gatekeeper to a very busy office so must be able to handle pressure and able to troubleshoot!!!
Duties include: tracking emails, scheduling owners busy life, helping with new client meetings, interacting with the rest of office, updating client information, tracking new clients and lunches, super busy office!! Salary is entry level.
SALARY IS ENTRY LEVEL however after dedicated year lots of room for growth!.
