Admin assistant / Day to Day Artist Manager

We are looking for a part time assistant who can come on 1-2 days per week in the hopes that this turns into a day to day manager roll down the line with more days / full time eventually! Job duties would include:

• Calendar / scheduling assistance for clients
• Maintaining client 'todo' lists
• Registering client's songs with PROs, publishers and other collection societies
• Assisting in artist releases and roll out plans
• Assisting is recording session scheduling
• Overall admin support
