Job Title: Administration Assistant/Development Assistant for Doc/Drama Production Company

Description: Award winning documentary television production company based in New York City is searching for a dual admin/development assistant for our two co-presidents. This role involves standard admin, scheduling, travel, etc and coordinating a remote workspace that may transition back to an in-person office at some point in the future. The other half of the job will be development research, writing and general development needs so the candidate must be a strong writer. This person should be proactive, quick on their feet, and able to adapt to a quickly changing slate of needs as we have many projects in both development and production in the non-fiction space. Over time there is potential to grow with the company.

Duties:
Phone coverage
Calendar management/scheduling
Coordinating meetings (securing & organizing materials, sorting logistics, booking spaces, etc.)
Booking all travel and filing all related expenses
Website upkeep
Research subjects of various projects in development
Treatment research/writing for pitch presentations
Assistant head of development with any project needs

Requirements:
1-2 years entertainment experience required
Industry knowledge
Basic Graphic design and proficiency with editing software a plus.
