This is an entry-level position, which requires initiative while learning on the job. Strong leadership qualities, excellent phone and communication skills, and versatility are invaluable in this role. Excellent computer skills needed. Seeking a personable and focused candidate who has the ability to work in a fast-paced office. Great opportunity to advance with intensive hands-on experience throughout every department in the agency.
Previous casting, talent management or agency experience is preferred but not required.
We're seeking candidates who are interested in a long-term career in talent representation.
Requirements:
College degree required - business or entertainment concentration preferred but not required
Excellent writing & phone skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Proficient with PC and MS Office
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Strong work ethic and great attitude
Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients; discretion is a necessary requirement
